Our family of three generations have just spent a wonderful week at Clos de la Zite.A beautiful house in a quiet lovely village with so many amenities, activities and places of interest close to hand. Our stay at the property got off to a great start thanks to Virginie who was there to welcome us and show and explain to us the facilities available and making us feel very much at home from the very beginning. The choice of bedrooms was extensive and allowed all within the party, adults and children, to be generously accommodated.We spent many quiet days remaining at the house enjoying the garden and pool and the many varied activities and games provided and available for both young and old in our party. The indoor pool was undoubtedly a great attraction for all.The bikes provided by the owners was a generous extra which allowed my 8-year-old Granddaughter to enjoy her first experience on a bike and in that week, she learned to cycle on the quiet road just outside the house. It also gave my son the opportunity to cycle into Merville – Franceville -Plage whilst others in our family enjoyed the walk to this lovely coastal village where we enjoyed meals out in the many splendid restaurants available. We were even able to watch the late evening village firework display from the comfort of the property garden.All agreed the Clos de la Zete was a very special place and a wonderful base from which to enjoy the beauties of Normandy and we all hope to be able to return next year.

A beautiful house in lovely surroundings. Excellent facilities for all ages and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool house, table tennis and darts. Comfortable bedrooms also. A short drive to beach, bakery and supermarket. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful holiday.

Brilliant house and facilities, geared up for families to stay, everything you need was there and the whole property etc is finished to a very high standard,we will definitely be back

We were a family of grand parents, our daughter, husband and their 5 children. A lot to do for everyone, as advertized, and a very safe backyard with swing set for the small ones. Many horses and hens (in the distance) for neighbors. Very well decorated and appointed property with quick access everywhere. Thanks for hosting us.

Our 10 day holiday was just ideal. With varied Normandie weather the facilities were just perfect: a large swimming pool area including a sauna, shower room and upmarket table football; outdoor table tennis plus an awning over and several areas in the property for sitting, playing games etc. Outside the swings were popular with the children and we all appreciated the outdoor dining area with restaurant-quality sun parasol. Everything was of a high standard: kitchen facilities; washing and drying facilities in the garage and enough bikes for those of us young enough to use them! Our only criticism was that the VRBO photographs did not do the property justice (especially the pool area which was idyllic)! Thank you Brigitte and Pascal for allowing us to enjoy your holiday home. Our family had a great time!

The whole family had an amazing week. The swimming pool was, of course, the biggest hit with the grandchildren. The owners had thought of everything. Lots to see in the surrounding area. We have all summarised it as follows: Grannie Sue: fabulous decor Grumpy Alan: magnifique Parents: well-presented great vibe unbelievable Children: Finlay (17) exquisite Lottie (14) cosy Samuel (13) beautiful Maisie (8) amazing house. And the lovely Veronique was there to greet us and show us around. We can only recommend it.

A lovely property to stay in. The owners met us there and were very helpful showing us around. The pool was fantastic. The location was great to get around and visit the beaches and war museums. Just to note that there is not a patisserie or any shops in the village and you will need to travel to get provisions but this did not take away from our stay.
