VILLA PLAIN PIED CLIMATISEE AU CALME AVEC GRANDE PISCINE

Quite simply a fantastic villa in a beautiful part of the world. The photos describe the property exactly and it met our family requirements and more. The villa enjoys full air conditioning and every modern convenience that anyone could wish for. The gardens and swimming pool are a delight to be in. They are not overlooked by any other property and offer full privacy. The owners Martine and Laurent are very friendly. Upon arrival we had a warm welcome and a detailed tour of the property. Everything was explained to us in both English and French which meant for an enjoyable and pleasant 2 week stay. After a power cut caused by an electrical storm, Martine sent her friendly local engineer to fix the problem the same day. Our 2 boys aged 11 10 enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis and boules in the village square, only a short 15 minute walk away. We also enjoyed a cycle around the local area using the cycle path network. The villa is situated a short distance from Montpellier and we enjoyed a tram-ride into the old town for sightseeing. It is worth a visit. We also visited Aigues-Morte, Sete, La Grande Motte, Le Grau-du-Roi, Nimes (Arenes du Nimes) and Pont du Gard. All of these are definitely worth a exploring. On the one rainy day of our stay, we enjoyed a visit to the Planet Ocean Aquarium and the Odysseum shopping centre. Overall, we recommend a stay at this villa and personally I wish I could buy a property like this when I retire. We look forward to returning again soon.

Cette belle villa correspond bien à la description du site. Elle est confortable et bien équipée. La piscine est certainement son atout majeur : grande et profonde, on y a passés de longs moments agréables ! L'autre atout est sa localisation : A la campagne mais aux portes de Montpellier accessible en quelques minutes. Il y a aussi beaucoup de belles découvertes à faire à proximité et les caves du Pic St Loup ne sont qu'à quelques kilomètres... Les plages sont aussi rapidement accessible et la route n'est pas encombrée, même en plein été. Merci Madame et Monsieur FORT pour votre accueil.

Maison de grand confort tout à fait conforme à sa description. Environnement relativement calme. Séjour réussi. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location qui se situe dans un endroit calme et arboré, tout en étant proche de Montpellier, de la mer et de la rivière que nous affectionnons tout particulièrement. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue et respire la détente avec une piscine de grande dimension. En bref, un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances en famille !
