😊: The house, garden, pool, etc. was really cozy. The short walking distance to the beach was also a plus.. 😢: The was a lot of construction of new properties going on right to the house leading to some noise. The property is also not that far from the main road on the east coast so there was some traffic noise. In the house everything was great except the beds which were short and with uncomfortable mattresses..
