😊: Arthur was very pleasant and responsive and dealt really well with any issues or questions we had. The location was great, walking distance to la Flotte and supermarket etc close to property. For those who do not cycle there is also a bus stop down the road which will take you around the island (do check timetable as bus is not regular!). It was nice for the kids to have the swimming pool.. 😢: Only 2 toilets and 2 showers so if you had 12 people to stay it could be tricky!.

A quality house which could...<br>#128578; It’s a quality spacious house ideal for 6 - 8 people. Good kitchen, bbq and outdoor seating. Good pool.<br>#128577; The property is not well managed. The pool filter was not working when we arrived and the pool was therefore not usable for 48 hours. The dishwasher shelves were broken and some bedroom furniture is old and should be replaced. Communication with the property managers was not easy - felt like you were talking to a computer (in French). The price of €6500 is a lot and you should expect everything to be right.

Had to pay EXTRA for sheets and towels which was NOT mentioned. Paid and extra 100 Euros. Swimming pool was NOT heated due to a technical issue. Wifi WAS NOT available to the Main area of the house, hence NO TV. Otherwise the property was as described.
