Villa Provençale à Mougins

😊: It's very far from the sea coast (about 35-40 minutes by car through the city) taking into account that you will spend 1.5 hours travelling twice a day. 😢: Never again. Issues in an honest review: 1. The shower leaks onto the floor, forcing us to wipe it up with a rag (since the doors don't close tightly). 2. Lizards run around the house. 3. There are entire colonies of ants in the kitchen; they got into our food, and we had to throw it away. 4. The left kitchen sink was clogged and unusable. 5. The grill was caked in old grease, so we had to clean it ourselves and you won't be able to use it at all because there's no room for it. 6. The frying pans hadn't been washed either, covered with old grease so we had to wash those ourselves as well. 7. A huge number of mosquitoes and other midges do not allow you to spend time outdoors at all. 8. The manager will fine you financially for any trifles at the end of your stay (for example, you will not get clean dishes from the dishwasher or forget to wash one spoon or plate). 9. Furniture can't be used at all because of her old age (the drawers don't open).

😊: We had a great 6-night stay here over Easter. The house is in a lovely, quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. It is very well equipped with everything you could need, even for a longer stay. The private gated parking was a big plus, and the air conditioning in the rooms made the stay very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable, and having toilets on both floors was very practical. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower. We especially enjoyed the terrace and sun loungers outside. The enclosed outdoor area was perfect for our child to play safely without having to worry about traffic or running away. Eddy was very friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. A wonderful house in a beautiful setting – we would definitely recommend it!.
