Villa provençale en pierre avec vue mer panoramique, piscine chauffée et Spa

It is a breathtaking setting, looking out to the med from the pool, jacuzzi, terrace, bedrooms or the boules court. Everywhere you are looking directly through the olive groves to the little villages and hills and then out to sea. One of the best views we’ve ever enjoyed- quintessentially Provence. We had my mother and our two teenage boys with us and the layout worked very well, although the fourth bedroom lacked a bathroom. Although there was a separate loo downstairs, all 3 bathrooms are linked to the bedrooms so someone will have to share if you use the 3rd bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have nets on the windows so you can sleep with fully open windows looking out to sea - there is no aircon, so you will need to do that in the summer. Worth paying extra to heat the saltwater pool, as we did, as it was perfect at about 27 degrees. The house is equipped with absolutely everything we needed, and we took advantage of the huge gas Weber Bbq almost every day. Breakfast or dinner on the veranda was brilliant. Only downsides are a bit of road noise from behind the house (not v noticeable), an annoying drone from their neighbour over the house (probably already dealt with), the bedroom on the ground floor has no fly nets - you have to sleep with the windows closed- it was warm in June so I can imagine it will be very warm in the summer. Finally, the short walk to the pretty town of tourettes (5 mins) has a 50m stretch on a busy road with no path - felt quite risky.

Nous avon beaucoup apprécié la villa et sa vue magnifique. Angélique, la propriétaire nous a accueillis avec gentillesse. Le village ‘’perché’’ à proximité (10 minutes de marche ) et ses petits restaurants en font un endroit idéal.

Loved the pool, and the view to the south. Quiet, secluded, plenty of space. Kind hostess who lives locally. Great place to enjoy the South of France. It was a shame to come home again. Thank you.

The house is great. It has everything you need. The yard is big and the pool and view are amazing. Walking distance to the little village

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Angélique et Stéphane qui ont su faire de cette magnifique maison un lieu chaleureux et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue et les environs. Une bulle d'oxygène et de sérénité, en dehors de l'agitation des grandes villes.

Location, and outside pool/hot tub are the highlights. This is a really great location. Walking disctance to local village. The Loup valley is a superb venue for outside activities, world class cycling routes, great walks. Pool is really well maintained, as is the hot tub. All perfectly clean. Property is a perfect size for a family 5-8 people. All the amenities worked well. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms all in excellent condition. This is an ideal place to see close to Nice and vence, yet peaceful in the hills. We will be returning. Thank you.

We spent a wonderful week in October at this place. We were two families with kids from 8-13. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. The house is spacious an the interiour cozy. The pool can be heated and is quite big. The view is very nice and after a couple of minutes walk you are in the beautiful town Tourettes sur Loup, wich is not too touristical but has a good choice of restaurants and shops. There is a main road behind the house and you do hear some traffic, but it did not bother us. And we like silence. So, we say Dankeschön and Aufwiedersehen to Angelique and her husband and hope to return one day. Uli et familles
