Villa provencale, jardin paysagé, piscine privée, très belle vue

We, a group of seven friends, had a really nice stay at the house. The exterior, garden and pool, view and atmosphere were amazing. Arrival and check-in was easy, but unfortunately we were disappointed by some facts. We found the house in a dirty condition (spiderwebs everywhere, the kitchen and cooking utensils and dishes sticky). That meant we had to clean quite a bit before we felt comfortable. Furthermore the rooms were not quite as described in the ad: one of the double bedrooms is not part of the main floor but only accessible through the garden and it had a humid, moist-moldy smell, that only partially resolved with airing. Except of one bed, the beds were really uncomfortable beds, one of the single beds broke down during our stay. The amount of bathrooms indicated in the description (at least regarding the German translation) was not correct: there is only one small toilet and bathroom without toilet plus another bathroom including a toilet that is attached to one of the double bedrooms in the main floor. Another small simple bathroom is attached to the bedroom accessible from the garden. Furthermore we noticed the room doors didn’t close well and were not really allowing privacy soundwise. We communicated all these concerns to Olivier and asked for some kind of compensation which we never received. Apart from all that, which we think is important to be aware of, we had a beautiful stay and became friends with the cat lady of the house.

la maison est chaleureuse, rien ne manque ! la piscine spacieuse, le jardin super. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet endroit charmant auprès de Minette ! je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison bien agencée. Le Jardin paysagé (Oliviers, Cyprès, ...) est très agréable avec sa piscine et une superbe vue sur le village d'Auribeau. Très ensoleillé, il permet d'admirer le coucher de soleil sur le Tanneron....très agréable le soir! La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux livres et guides des alentours, ainsi que le coté personnel de la maison. Coté localisation, la maison permet d’accéder très facilement au point d’intérêts de la région: plages, montagne, Lac St Cassien, Cannes, Nice, .... Le seul point à améliorer pour les locataires suivants serait un ménage plus en profondeur avant l'arrivée des occupants. Enfin nous avons apprécié la présence du chat, très docile, qui nous laissé occuper la maison. :). Définitivement nous recommandons cette location pour les vacances. Merci Olivier.

We had a very nice time with our family all together - enjoying music, the pool (very nice), the kitchen (very well-equipped), and outdoor patio (we ate nearly all meals there). We stayed for 11 days. After day 3, this special maison began to feel like home. We grew very fond of the house cat - very friendly indeed! Final Summary - we highly recommend this for any great family vacation!

The Villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The Villa is stunning and in a stunning location which is totally private. The pool is a nice size and deep so you can enjoy a proper swim. You can catch the sun all day long in the garden and the dining terrace is a lovely space to look at the stunning views of the valley during the evening. The location is perfect with easy access to Grasse, Cannes, Monte Carlo and St Tropez and Nice. You will need some Mosquito defences with you as the bedroom windows don't have screens which is a challenge at night time in terms of not being able to leave the bedroom window open and it can get hot so that would be the only thing I would advise the owner to address going forward. Overall the stay was excellent and we would love to go back again
