Villa Quinson

😊: Fabulous stopover on our way from Italy to the Cevennes. The house is beautifully equipped. The owner was very helpful with instructions - needed those as we arrived after dark! Make sure you try the ice cream at the village!. 😢: nothing.

😊: The dining area and kitchen are nicely presented. The shower was good. There was plenty of space in the living area. It was good the owner was there when we arrived as she gave me the keys - but if she hadn't been there I'd never have found the keys as the instructions emailed to us said the keys were on a table outside the property - the owner lifted the lid of a barbecue to give me the keys - perhaps the explanation about the table and barbecue was lost in translation.. 😢: Except for the dining area - the lighting was very dark and the kitchen light didn't work. Probably need to get some cups/mugs for visitors to use rather than some mugs which were not very clean - The sponge left to use for washing up was well used and not clean. The bathroom door did not close properly. We were shown to our bedroom - which was a child's bedroom. There was no surface space for our belongings and there were children's toys stashed in corners of the room. We had to make our own bed - the duvet cover and sheets needed replacing and the pillows were extremely soft. Blind in the bathroom needed replacing..

😊: We spent 3 nights in the apartment. We were very pleased with the space and equipment. The area is quiet and peaceful, and at the same time relatively close to the city center and main attractions..
