Lovely clean 3 bed property at end of quiet, private drive. Palau del Vidre well appointed for a village. Loads to do and see in the area. Well recommended!

Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, der Pool ist ausreichend groß, alles ist sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist komplett mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und auch die Küchenausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut. Es sind nur Hand- und Badetücher mitzubringen. Die Matratzen sind perfekt, der uneinsehbare Garten ist rundum sicher eingezäunt. Der Pool hat eine Abdeckung und somit sicher. Alles war sehr sauber, perfekte ruhige Lage, zum Strand, cote vermeille, etwa 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Eine kleine Oase. Die Vermieter wie auch der „Haushüter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daher unseres Erachtens alles in allem perfekt! Bei großer Hitze dürfte evt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hilfreich sein sein, gleichwohl insgesamt: sehr gut!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Palau-Del-Vidre, la maison est très propre et super bien équipé. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Sandrine qui nous a remis les clés. Les propriétaires sont de très bonne personnes sur qui nous avons pu compter au moindre problème. La piscine est très agréable, les enfants se sont bien amusé. Nous sommes repartis avec pleins de bons souvenirs. Merci beaucoup.

Wir (2 Erw.) können uns an die Beurteilungen und Meinungen der anderen Besucher, über das oben angebotene Mietobjekt, nur anschließen. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Eine Außendusche wäre noch von Vorteil. Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief, dank Übersetzungsprogram 😉, angenehm und problemlos. Wir haben eine kurze, jedoch erholsame Woche im Objekt genossen.

Had a lovely time here. House is great and has everything you need, (heated) pool is a big plus especially for the kids. Garden is fenced off which was great for the dog who could just stroll around. Location is fabulous, very quiet but you walk into the village in less than 10 minutes to get your breakfast. Lots to do nearby too, beach, Perpignan, Carcassone, Spain. We will come back when we get the chance!

La maison est dans un endroit très calme avec une superbe piscine sans vis à vis, très appréciable. Très propre et très bien équipé, situé pas loin des plages et à l’écart du bruit de la ville. Nous avons vraiment tous adoré la maison et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

A modern villa in a really good location furnished with family artefacts and eclectic decoration . 10-15 min drive to beach and 5 min walk into charming small town with basic amenities and an excellent restaurant. Pool is lovely and heated. Charming neighbours. Comfortably sleeps 6, 8 may be a squeeze. Owner responded promptly when temperature hit 32 degrees in bedrooms overnight and provided fans which put off mosquitoes from stream at bottom of garden. The proprietor employs a cleaner who also acts as his agent and could not be more delightful. Sandrine explained that the owner had experienced a larger than anticipated group of guests who had caused considerable damage. Likewise owner said he had been let down by a gardener and so the grounds were not maintained. Pool was cleaned once during a two week stay. As with any villa would highly recommend paying by credit card for all the usual protection.

Living area, one bedroom, toilet and bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms, a separate loo and a bathroom upstairs. Although we were just two, the house could have easily accommodated a bigger family or two couples with young kids. Everything you need is there. The house is tiled throughout so it makes cleaning easy. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The village has a lake and a cycling path. We went to the nearby villages to walk in the hills. Figueres and the Dali museum are only half an hour away. Worth visiting the coast which is only a few miles away (you can get there by bike easily) and the villages further west (Ceret, St Jean Pla de Cor, etc.) and obviously Perpignan if you haven't been. The beach in St Cyprien is nicer than in Argeles but Argeles is nice for an evening promenade walk. There are markets every day of the week in Palau and neighbouring villages. Be ready to overdose on ripe fruits and vegetables. The immediate neighbours were lovely. Further down the path there was a noisy dog but we spoke to its owners and it was sorted. Overall, a very nice holiday house with lots of options for things to do depending on how we felt on the day.
