Villa Soulacaise seaside

Overall the house was lovely and the outdoor spaces excellent The road was quite busy The sea view was obstructed and couldn’t actually see the sea. The property was clean and Christophe Rizzo very helpful and pleasant. The property did have minimal cleaning and bathroom items. We bought extra tea towels kitchen cloths and hand towels for the bathroom and coat hangers for the bedroom

Very nice week spend in this little house. Kids loved their own space upstairs and the location lose to city and beach does offer lot of options. We enjoyed it a lot.

We've been in Soulac in late August with our 3 boys. The Villa is beautiful, very tidy and well equipped. The boys loved 'their' 1 floor space and separate entrance. Besides the cozy interior the house has an balcony and an relaxing little porch. The location is perfect close to the beach and the center of Soulac, but still in a beautiful residential area. Christophe is very well organized so the settling in went smoothly. Great host.

This is a lovely spot with great surrounding, only some 100 m away from the Ocean with huge sandy beach and many shops, restaurants and bars. Also the near-by famous Medoc wine chateaux and cities like Bordeaux and Arcachon are more than a visit worth. The owners gave us a warm welcome and detailed introduction into all details. These are the perfect 95%. We consider as weak points too less furniture for good outside sitting in the sun as well as by far too small bed in the principal sleeping room. Only 140 cm for 2 adults is simply too small. And that counts even more during a stay of 2 weeks. And you should know that it is not comfortable to stay in the upper sleeping room of it is raining. But in summary we enjoyed great holidays in this house and in the lovely small city of Soulac and its surroundings.
