Villa standing piscine privée en écrin de verdure

😊: This is a lovely villa and the host Frederic was excellent and very helpful. We stayed whilst there were the terrible wildfires which were on a massive scale further to the west. The villa is within the city Rocade (ring road) so although the fires were about 20km away we were safe and Frederic was excellent in providing updates on the situation. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, the blinds are all electrically operated and there is also some home automation which you can control from the provided iPhone to control things like the pool lights, pool jets, water fountain and lights around the property. The villa has aircon too, and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim in. The villa has 2 resident cats, Gizmo and Lutty. Lutty is an outdoor cat mainly and not around that much, however Gizmo will make friends with whoever turns up and will quickly make your lap is his new home. The villa is very near to Château Pape Clément which you can book tours on (with or without wine tasting). The villa is also in walking distance from a local supermarket (Carrefour), and also 2 nearby excellent patisserie. There is a tram stop around 25 mins walk away, from there you can get trams either to the airport or into Bordeaux centre. We loved our time there and hope to return again one day..

Beautiful, relaxing villa in Bordeaux<br>#128578; The villa is set in a lovely location right next to a wood with a walking trail and a vineyard behind it. There is a Carrefour just a short walk away and easy access to the tram to Bordeaux. The property is well decorated and has everything that you will need to enjoy a stay there. The owner was on hand to answer any questions and welcomed us warmly. The pool area is a really great place to relax with great outdoor furniture and a bbq. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit...<br>#128578; Sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr netter Eigentümer, Perfekt für die Ausflüge. Guter Weingut nebenan. Ein Wald mit Sportmöglichkeiten. 15 Minuten von Bordaux Zentrum entfernt. Eine sehenswerte Stadt.

Not to be missed, a...<br>#128578; So many positive things, it’s in town enough to get deliveroo for example, but not too near a beach which if you want to just walk to a beach, it’s not the right location. However being in a suburb you have access to all of the facilities you need. We loved the villa so much we mainly spent our time there. The pool is a really good size and we were in there a great deal, it’s big enough for inflatables and playing family games, there is a ping pong table by the pool also.
