Villa Sud Ardèche Les Vans Haut Standing plein sud,piscine privée,jardin arboré

This well equipped villa is 5min away from the town's center by car, or 30 min on foot via a rocky path. It has a private parking space, we parked with three cars without blocking each other. Les Vans is a really cosy town with some lovely shops and fine restaurants. The pictures of this advertisement really match with the real thing. The kitchen is spacious, you can make food for a lot of people and many people can help. The pool is a great place to cool off on a hot day. Big enough for multiple people to enjoy. It is not meant to swim laps. It has a big terrace where you can enjoy the sun the whole day. One part of the terrace is covered and has a large dining table. There is a large garden with some olive trees, and a petanque area. The rooms all lived up to the expectations. The showers were more than hot enough. There was a washing machine which was really useful. The host was very polite, correct, fair and respectful.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for us. We were there to cycle around the Ardèche, an amazing area! We arrived early but lucky we could enter the place earlier. Bakery and Supermarket are pretty close, so it's a very convenient location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. L'équipement de la maison est bien complet mais nous avons surtout profité de l'immense terrasse, de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque, nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps à l'intérieur! Grande table en terrasse qui manque peut-être d'éclairage, ainsi que le terrain de pétanque qui mériterait un éclairage pour le soir. Pour l'étoile en moins sur la précision de l'annonce, nous aurions apprécié d'avoir l'information que le barbecue avait été remplacé par une plancha, mais nous avons apprécié le fait qu'une solution soit apportée à la panne du barbecue. En revanche. Le baby-foot qui est décrit dans l'annonce est complètement inutilisable. Il a du prendre l'humidité à l'extérieur, dommage.

Magnifique Villa décore avec goût et tout y ai pensé pour que rien ne vous manque, nous avons étais acceuilli par Mme heyraud a notre arrivée qui nous a tout de suite mise à l aise. Nous conseillons fortement , nous y avons passé un agréable moment en famille .Cadre très très chaleureux et reposant .

Great 2 weeks staying outside Les Vans during this difficult time. View of mountains, lovely house with great kitchen. Outside space was good when the sun shone . We went out and visited a few places and enjoyed the Les Vans market on the Saturday everyone it seemed observing the mask wearing rule. Will Love to come back to D’Ardeche when we can be normal again

Das Haus ist ca. 1,7 Km von Les Vans entfernt. Davon sind 600 m sehr steinig und steil. Daher braucht man festes Schuhwerk. Das Haus ist sehr schön und jeder hat seine Privatsphäre. Man sollte jedoch noch Handtücher mitnehmen, da für jeden nur ein Badetuch zur Verfügung stand. Melissa ist sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Die Villa liegt c.a 2 km von Les Vans entfernt auf einem großen Grundstück. Es gibt Nachbarn, sie sind weit genug entfernt um sich ungestört zu fühlen, aber nah genug sind, um sich nicht einsam zu fühlen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön auf die Berge gerichtet. Vom riesigen Terrassentisch aus hat man einen fantastischen Rundblick. Die Küche ist umwerfend, sie ist sehr groß mit einem großen Herd, gut ausgestattet, so dass die ganze Familie dort zusammen werkeln konnten. Der Pool ist nicht so groß geraten, er hat uns aber dennoch viel Spaß gemacht. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet mit schönen Bädern. Zu beachten ist, dass es nur im Obergeschoss in den 2 Zimmern eine Klimaanlage gibt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es in den Schlafzimmern Ventilatoren. Gegen zu heftige Sonneneinstrahlung kann man sich mit den Rollläden (elektrisch) schützen. Les Vans ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen mit einer Fußgängerzone. In der Nähe gibt es viele sehenswerte Orte und den Fluß Chassezac zum Baden. Die Ardeche ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war total entspannt. Uns allen hat es suuuuper gut gefallen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

We spent one week in this gorgeous house, it is very big and modern (amazing kitchen) and nicely decorate. It has everything we were looking for: space, quiet and beautiful scenery, a lovely swimming pool, great outdoors! It was ideal for ou children. The house was very clean and it is very well equipped..... We just loved our stay! The main village is very close by which is also very convenient.
