Villa sur la dune, superbe vue, jacuzzi, piscine chauffée

A great villa at best...<br>#128578; Great location, great host, you stay right at the dune and in the pine forest with a romantic sea view. Arcachon is a 7 km and some small beaches are just nearby. 3 rooms with each sepearate bathroom included. The living room is quite bright and beautiful with lovely holiday decoration. Well equiped kitchen,<br>#128577; No air-conditioner (but I believe it is only useful for very hot days). The house itself is cool inside. When we arrived the swimming pool was just repaired so the water is cold, the host confirmed to heat up to 27-28 degrees which will be ideal for the next guests.
