Villa sur la Mer, corniche Kennedy

Our best friends met us on our honeymoon while we were traveling through France and I booked us. Micheal’s house to share and it was perfect. We absolutely loved the view and the space. It was very easy to check in and check out wnd communication was perfect. I would recommend this spot to anyone and hoping we can return as well!

The house is located in a great location with easy access to the beach as well as the center of the city. The house is very charming and provides a fantastic view on the sea.

La maison est très belle et très agréable à vivre, la vue mer est splendide, les commerces et restaurants sont proches, la plage de sable du Prophète est à moins de 10 min à pied. Michel connait tres bien Marseille et nous a fourni une excellente liste de de restaurants, visites, commerces, etc.

Havre de paix au cœur de Marseille. Jardin croquignolesque aux multiples parfums. Superbe vue. Interieur au style épuré. Apaisant.

We travelled in April for one week with our 1-year-old child. We found the house very well located. There are a few convenience stores 5min walk away from it, including a bakery, a fruits and veg shop, a pharmacy and a butcher. The house comes with a very convenient parking spot, and has a beautiful orchard garden. The views are absolutely stunning, it feels like a little paradise in the middle of the city. There was all the equipment we needed for our stay. The house is not the most childproof if your child is just walking, but this wasn’t a problem for us. We also found the house a bit chilly as it’s exposed to the wind and we were unlucky to have pretty bad weather during our stay - again, this may not apply to you if you’re travelling in sunnier times. Michel was very responsive and very easy to coordinate with. He sent us a lovely email with a lot of very useful information in it - such as restaurants (sadly not open because of lockdown) or things to do. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would book again if we were to come back.

Le rez-de chaussée comporte une grande pièce à vivre en style loft avec la cuisine et salle à manger en « open space » et une belle terrasse pour déjeuner à 6 personnes par beau temps. Le premier étage comporte un espace bureau (avec un petit balcon) et la chambre à coucher parentale avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche à l’italienne. Finalement, le second a un grand lit, un canapé-lit et sa salle d’eau. Michel, nous a ouvert sa demeure principale pour notre bref séjour à Marseille avec grande amabilité. Tout y est (sauf pour une télé). Malgré sa proximité à la corniche, la maison procure beaucoup de calme et repos garantie.
