Villa Tarentelle - heated pool and exceptional view

😊: We will never know. We arrived after two days of travelling to find that the property was not available and was being lived in. After some detective work we managed to contact the property manager who confirmed we could not stay there despite confirming our arrival time just hours before. Booking.com we're worse than useless and would only stick to their script after enduring 30 minutes of the AI agent. They left us stranded in a foreign country, in the mountains, in the dark of night, with a child and left us to fend for ourselves. We will never entertain using booking.com ever again.. 😢: Being stranded at night in rural France, 700 miles from home, with a child and dealing with a company who couldn't care less..
