Godefroid location, with amazing view

A brilliant holiday in a lovely area. House was perfect for a group of 11 in our 20s. Pool is massive, bedrooms all have aircon which is great. Ample space for us all and great amenities. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Surpassed expectations. 2 spacious apartments. Incredible views. Large pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We did walk back from the town once and it was fine for fit afults and older children...but really you need a car to make the most of the surrounding area and facilities. 5 mins drive to large supermarket and a number of lovely beaches. Good selection of local bars n restaurants. Great BBQ.

We had a great time, the house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrasse with pool, enough chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas as well. The pool is heated, but the real asset of the house is the splendid view over the coast and Cavalaire. We would like to come back.

Check in process was easy with keys in a lockbox at the villa. The house itself is divided into two separate apartments both fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We found it very clean on arrival. My husband and I had the upstairs and our daughter and her husband had downstairs. Both levels have easy access to the pool and amazing views!! We had breakfast outside every day either by the pool or up on the balcony. Location is good if you don’t mind driving a bit. A good hour to St Tropez and Port Grimaud over mountain roads. We ate in Cavaliere sur Mer about four times and found there to be lots of fabulous bars and restaurants locally. You would still need a car though for dining and shopping in town. There are no shops within walking distance of the villa. Local beaches are lovely and there is a pretty little port to explore. The only minor negatives we had were: The pool is heated to 28C but we found this temp too cold for swimming so didn’t use it. Each apartment only has one toilet and this might be difficult if you had a large family or a group of friends staying there. WiFi didn’t work while we were there. We didn’t report this as we just used our own data but on our last day a technician turned up to repair it, so I assume the owners were aware. Sadly, no one informed us of the repairmen coming and this caused us some aggravation but this was our only complaint. Otherwise a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend this property. The views over the surrounding hills and down to the sea are simply spectacular!!

We spent one nice little week in this Villa at the beginning of September. We have been here with 2 Families with 3 kids Each. Due to 2 separate appartments in the house this was really ideal with still beds left for friends. Our Kids enyoied the pool the whole day long while the parents relaxed aside. The villa is placed in a nice area on the hills above Cavalaire - with great view on the Cote d'Azur. For our 2 dogs it was also great since the area is competely closed with fences. So they could run around by their own. The house itself is partly renewed and offers in it's interior a compromise between modern style and typical southern France houses. The houskeeping lady is very friendly and kind. It would be a pleasure to come back again. P.S.: We had almost no mosquitos. The week prior we were in another place 40km away from Cavalaire and there they almost killed us...:)

We rented this beautiful whole villa last two weeks of July 2014. The villa is spacious,very bright and cosy. It's in a calm airea,but yet very near the centre of Cavalaire and the beach! Nearest supermarket is only 5 min. The vieuw and the pool are fantastic! The vieuw is even better then the pictures show! The house is very well equipped,everything we needed was there. The airco is a surplus in the warm summer months! The owners are very helpfull,even with the smallest problem they react immediatelly. My family went to Cavalaire for 2 weeks and we stayed in this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time there and would definately go back. Thank you so much! The villa is a little bit outside of Cavalaire - just up the hill with a wonderful view overlooking the bay. You can reach everything easily by car (a supermarket is 5 min down the road) and during the summer months there's a shuttle bus running to the center&beach. We had rented the whole villa and there was plenty of space for everyone. The interior is quite modern and stylish but also comfortable and cozy at the same time. The kitchens are well equipped with plenty of tableware. All rooms were clean and tidy and we even had to possibility to get bed linen and towels with our rent. The surrounding is stunning. The pool is great and we had in May a comfortable swimming temperature thanks to the heating system in it. We always loved lunch time - sitting at the pool table overlooking the area. Besides the pool there's a little playground for kids on the lower floor and a ping-pong-table on the upper floor as well as a swing-set further down the garden. The landlords were very helpful and we always felt cared for. Any question we had they answered promptly and they helped us with all the little problems we had without any delay because they were always reachable by cellphone.
