We holidayed at this property as 10 people, we found this house to be have plenty of space, and well stocked with all the necessary Pots, pans, plates etc in the kitchen to allow you to cook for 10 people.The house was clean and tidy generally in good condition.The pool and hot tub are great features of this house and were used daily, especially by the children. Hans was helpful when we met him and returned his messages quickly whenever contacted.In terms of location you have a beach 200m away albeit you are better of going a little further 1km or so and you will find a large beach, with a volley ball court, play area and popular bar / restaurant.Local area tip:Be aware that if you want a reservation in many of the good local restaurants then book early and in some cases before you go on holiday to avoid disappointment.Overall we would definitely stay here and in this area of France again.

We enjoyed our stay in this modernhouse with its well designed and amply supplied kitchen, eating and living areas. But there were some drawbacks. The four bedrooms on the first floor were lovely, the one on the ground floor rather gloomy and impractical. Storage space in the bedrooms was generally limited and lacked hanging space. We felt that one toilet on the first floor was hardly adequate for eight people and the lounge floor one was rather public and awkward for the ground floor bedroom inhabitants. None of them had wash hand basins, except the one in the spa area which had no lock. The main attraction was the pool and hot tub, enjoyed by everyone, particularly the children. Wonderful! The outside area was a little smaller than we’d expected, but the seating area was pleasant and the barbecue and play area welcome extras. The farmland location was quiet and totally untouristy; in many ways we appreciated this. It gave us a more ‘French’ experience to enjoy. However, we found finding a restaurant in Plouescat extremely challenging and.difficult, especially for ten people and resorted to travelling forty minutes to Morlaix or Landerneau to find anywhere.
