Villa Val de Rance Pool

A disappointing start did not...<br>#128578; The villa was lovely, my children absolutely loved the pool, and the area was quiet and clean, with a park and a pub within walking distance and supermarkets within a 5 min drive, we loved the area.<br>#128577; The check in was appalling. We were told that someone would be there to greet us, I had sent a few messages to confirm check in time, and received no responses back. We turned up at the property at the time of check in, and no one was at the property to meet us. Had to call booking.com direct as the number for the host was not connecting. Having travelled for 24 hours with young kids, this was a little disappointing I had to chase to get into the property.

Overall we loved the property...<br>#128578; We loved the heated pool that we used after our days out from Monday to Thursday, all the space downstairs and my daughter loved having all of upstairs (until we used the bath upstairs in the mornings) all to herself<br>#128577; The system for the bins was not clear and we had to ring the office to get it clarified. We were also told that someone would come on the Wednesday to clear the bins that had not been emptied by the last guests but they did not. Also we had to take all the bottles home with us as there was nowhere near where we could leave them for recycling. It was also twice the amount we would normally pay for a week which explains all the space.
