Stunning villa in an amazing location. The pool is wonderful and was heated to 26 degrees while we stayed end if May. The wine cellar at your dispose (for extra payment) was a luxury and delicious.

Wonderful property in a quiet rural location. The pool is fantastic. Aircon worked great at keeping the villa cool on the hot days/nights. Only 15-20mins to Beziers centre but with small village close by with all amenities. Hosts were fantastic and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

The home, the hosts and the location are superb+++... so great that we extended our stay! The house is open, airy and immaculate; tasteful, thoughtful design, with top-quality fittings and finishes and some lovely, surprising touches. Refined and relaxed; supremely peaceful. There are amazing views across miles (and miles!) of vineyards and pastures on rolling hills, with distant mountains all along one side and the picturesque church spire and sandy-colored cluster of Servian on another. We have too many pictures to count of stunning sunrises over the town… The jewel of a pool puts you in the water with unique views through the vine rows and beyond, soaked in sunlight. With easy drives we were able to be on Mediterranean beaches, at unforgettable UNESCO heritage natural and man-made sites, and back to the house for lots of leisure pool time. Easily reached Servian and Beziers have all the services one could need. And there’s not enough we can say about what amazing hosts Nicolas and Virginie were. All the way from booking, to our extending of our stay, to our departure, they were incredibly responsive, charming, and gracious. A question or request was answered – no kidding – in minutes. They could rent a canvas tent to you and make it a fantastic experience! Certainly among the top vacation rental experiences we’ve had. A lucky find and we’re grateful!

Un moment d évasion et de sérénité au milieu des vignes, cette nouvelle maison est idyllique. L accueil parfait, l environnement est magique calme. Piscine à débordement entre les allées de vignes.... Je recommande et reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci

Excellent séjour passer dans une villa flambant neuf au milieu des vignes. Nous avons apprécié le calme et les grands espaces.Il y'a quatre suites parentales avec quatre salles de bain 😀. A l'extérieur nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine à débordement chauffée avec une vue lointaine sur le vignoble . Je ne peux que recommander ce cadre somptueux et cette magnifique maison !!!
