VILLA VUE MER AVEC PISCINE PRIVÉE pour 4 à 6 Personnes WIFI

😊: Me and my family are truly amazed with the Villa and the warm welcome by the owners - Diane & Bastien. The amazing house - furnished with the unique taste and deep thought about the guests' comfort. The pool and surroundings were also super. The localisation - quite and pleasant area which helped a lot to relax - not very far from the beach and restaurants. All in all, I do hope that someday we will come back! We had wonderful holidays - the Villa was the best choice for sure!. 😢: I cannot think about any single, even very tiny negative aspect - all was perfect :).

😊: The accommodation was wonderful. The decor was modern and bright and apartment had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. Like a home from home. Pool and decking area was wonderful. Balcony and views were lovely. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Loved the views from the big and modern windows.. 😢: All was great. Would have been good to have a second toilet but not a deal breaker!.

😊: Diane was very welcoming and helpful both before and after our arrival. The villa was really well equipped, with everything you might need (washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and plenty of crockery/cutlery). The air conditioning was very effective as well. The pool and the area surrounding it is exceptional and there are 2 comfortable sun loungers and also large bean bags to lie on, with the trees providing plenty of shade if needed. The sitting room feels spacious and the large balcony where you can have breakfast whilst enjoying the sea view is lovely. The location is also great, with nice restaurants and beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive. It is about 20 minutes from St. Raphael and Saint Maxime for more choice of restaurants.. 😢: Nothing, but it will be even better when the garden is fully developed..

Plusieurs points négatifs: - c'est un appartement, pas une villa - jardin peu entretenu et pas utilisable - terrasses et barbecue au rez-de-chaussée peu accessibles depuis l'appartement au 1er étage - localisation trop éloignée (2,5 km) de la plage alors que l'annonce mentionnait 600 m - rambarde du balcon du 1er dangereuse (trop basse) - rue trop bruyante - localisation précise sur la carte impossible avant le paiement... si nous avions pu voir la localisation avant, nous n'aurions pas loué cet objet - en conséquence, prix trop élevé pour cet objet

Supermoderne Wohnung in St. Aygulf. Man hat ein ganzes Anwesen für sich (Stand Aug. 22). Leider ist die Lage etwas weiter hinter im Ort. Die Position in der Buchung wurde näher am Strand angezeigt ( Av. Fruhinsoltz) mit 6min Fußweg zum Plage de la Galiote. Das stimmte so nicht, es waren 6 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch zum Bäcker etc. kann man nicht eben mal zu Fuß gehen. Im August war es bei uns recht warm, nur das Wohnzimmer war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgerüstet. Die weiteren Räume habe Dyson Ventilatoren. Man kann die Fenster öffnen und dank der Meerluft kühlen, aber dann kommen Abends leider auch Mücken herein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, alles ist toll ausgestattet und hochmodern. Basisversorgung ist vorhanden, man muss nicht alles selber kaufen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.
