Villa with 180 degree sea view !

😊: Pool and the view were amazing.. 😢: The villa clearly had a lot of care and attention put into it in the past, and it still has great potential. Unfortunately, the current condition of the equipment and facilities was a major disappointment. What is particularly frustrating is that many of these issues had already been mentioned by previous guests in Booking.com reviews two years ago, including the broken mosquito net and the sink that keeps getting clogged. Despite two years passing, these problems still have not been properly addressed. This gives the impression that very little attention is being paid to maintaining the property and to the comfort of the guests. During our stay, we encountered numerous additional problems. The pool lights were coming loose and falling out, creating a serious safety concern. Other issues included a broken shower head, torn blankets and bedspreads, and too few sun loungers around the pool. These are relatively inexpensive and easy things to replace or repair, yet they have clearly been neglected. To be fair, Karim was helpful and always tried to respond to the problems we reported. The issue is not with him personally. The villa simply needs some basic maintenance and a relatively small financial investment. It is disappointing that this has apparently not been done for years. Considering the high price of the villa, we expected the property and its equipment to be properly maintained, functional, and safe. The fact that problems reported by guests years ago remain unresolved gives a very unfortunate impression that guests are not being treated with the respect and consideration..

😊: Really amazing view, nice pool, well equiped kitchen. 😢: Location is a bit remote. Car is needed.

😊: Beautiful family oriented villa with magnificient view of Nice Airport and surroundings from poolside. Breath-taking garden with fruit trees and herbs. Lavender field is awesome. Villa well-equiped with almost everything you fine in your own home. Villa gives one a familiar feel of home. Pool was clean and inviting. Kitchen was a delight to prepare food. Big and impressive TV room across from elaborate, cozy eating room.. 😢: Roads to villa very, very narrow and steep! with 7-seater car was a challenge. No AC!! + inadequate fans! Mosquitos made it difficult to sleep at nights, inadequate mosquito mesh. One WC plus the hot tub was inaccessible. Bathroom downstairs was simply not pleasant to use. Some personal and cleaning items were left in and around the villa that could have been put away making it more pleasing to the eye..
