Villa With Private Pool

We really enjoyed our stay, the beautiful house and especially the great and well-maintained pool were very nice. Communication with John went very well and he was always very friendly and helpful.We used the mobile air conditioning very often, but would have been happy to have air conditioning in the bedrooms given the hot temperatures of 41 degrees CelsiusWe would love to come back!Thanks JohnPaul and Family

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is lovely and perfect for our family of 5. The pool was fantastic and the village is very quaint. It is in a great location for local attractions. A wonderful and relaxing stay.

We have had a lovely time staying at the Villa. It’s located in a quaint little village, it has absolutely everything you could possibly need, it was spotlessly clean, the accommodation is very spacious, the kitchen has all you want when self-catering, the beds are super comfy and the pool, well the Pool was the “best pool ever” to quote our 12 year old. We spent a few days out and about locally, but it was soo hot that we ended up back at the pool to cool off! John was great at keeping in touch, even checking in on us halfway through to make sure everything was good! We had a fabulous week and will certainly be going back! Diolch

From my initial comms with John, this has been a pleasure. The villa is in a small quiet town with a bar, restaurant and newsagent. It’s comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. The pool was a godsend in the hot weather!! The area where the villa is was very, very quiet. It’s 20-25 mins drive to the Mediterranean, the city of Beziers and literally hundreds of other beautiful places of interest. We did something brilliant almost everyday!! Roquebrun, Pezenas, Sérignan, L’Abbaye de Fontcaude, Saint-Chinian, Le Domaine de Pradines le Bas Olive Farm etc etc!! If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The property is in a small village, within easy striking distance of amenities and beaches. The house is spacious and homely and we instantly felt at ease there. The pool and pool area is delightful for lounging in the sun and then cooling off or splashing around with the kids. Meals al fresco in the warm evenings and breakfast with fresh bread from the village in the mornings - a real home from home! We shall return!

The house was comfortable and well equipped but would be better if it was given a thorough clean, we even had to wash some crockery. It's a beautiful village and people friendly, though we were never able to establish where the boulangerie was, even the locals shrugged their shoulders. We found there was plenty to do and see in the week we were there.
