Villa Wondernos - Exceptionnelle villa d'architecte sur le bassin d'Arcachon

Fantastic and well equipped

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house, which was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The area around the house was very nice and calm; at the same time, there was only a short walk down to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped, we never lacked anything. And the communication with the host was very easy, he answered every question we had very fast. We absolutely would stay here again!

A great stay in a really beautiful area. The accommodation had all that we needed and the host and house keeper were contactable and helpful with any queries we had. The games room was a great hit with our kids. The common areas are open plan and can all be opened up to the outside to take advantage of the large pool. We'll certainly look to return in the future.

Communication with the host was superb from booking, pre arrival, during our stay and post stay! We couldn’t have asked for more. The Villa itself was exactly as listed - great space, well equipped, pool was perfect and had everything the family needed. Ideally located for the town for eating shopping and beach and only a short drive to get to local attractions - would recommend Arcachon, the Dune de Pilat is amazing! Bordeaux city and airport only 30/40 minutes away and Cap Ferret worth a look. In summary excellent villa, location and host - we will be back!

We very much enjoyed our family holiday here. The house is spacious and well equipped. The children loved the pool. The house is in a quiet residential area but very convenient for the beach and town. The owner is very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. He has bicycles available to rent although we took our own. Overall a perfect holiday experience.

We spent a wonderful week in this stunning villa which is superbly equipped, spacious, clean and welcoming. We were a total of 10, from 2 families and we had ample space to relax and enjoy. There is so much to do at the villa to entertain all ages both inside (incl pool table, table football, board games) and outside with a lovely pool and spacious decking area. The villa is situated in a quiet residential street, 5 mins walk from a fabulous bakery! The town is a 5-10mins cycle or 20min walk - on quiet streets and cycle paths - so super easy to get around. The town itself is lovely with nice restaurants and shops - just a shame we were only there for a week! Finally, many thanks to Jean Michel who was so helpful and responsive with any questions and queries we had prior to our arrival - made the whole planning and logistics process for us very smooth! Property is in a well maintained and peaceful area . The owner is very helpful .

Everything we expected and more. The kitchen had all the equipment we could wish for. The pool was a great size and our grand daughter loved it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The living room very spacious and comfortable.
