Perfect in every way.<br>#128578; The staff were wonderful, especially Dodo; the entertainment was so much fun. Buffet meals are incredible; lots of fresh food and the housekeepers are exceptional at their job. The pool is the perfect size for swimming.<br>#128577; Leaving! We did not like leaving this place. It was so good.

This was hands down the worst property I have ever stayed at in all of my traveling the rooms were extremely hot with no window coverings to block out the sun which meant that the sun started coming into the room at 5:30 in the morning with no way to sleep in and no way to keep the heat of the sun from coming in through the windows. there was no air conditioning and not even any fan or anything to have any kind of circulation in the room and there were no screens on the windows to be able to even open the windows in an attempt to get any kind of breeze. The exterior pathways had no lighting at night so it was very difficult to find your way around. And staff was only on the property for maybe 2 hours A-day

Incredibly clean, great facilities, amazing location and wonderful food. The room was a little tired but everything else made up for it especially for the price. Would recommend!

Very lowkey place. No air condition in the room!! And no wifi in the room!!!! A lot of mosqitues. And if u r planing to go to st tropez city center u r looking a wrong place cause this is soooooo far from center. And u ll find taxi in that place never. Also very bad welcoming even reception didnt work at 5 pm nobady to open the gate. Have to take by urself laggaguge all the road. And nobady clean our room for straight 7! Days !!!!!!!!!!!!

Camera sporca, non climatizzata, svegliato da insetti che mi camminavano sul viso come da foto allegate Ultimamente le camere abbinate alle prenotazioni con questo sito sono molto scadenti Sicuramente non utilizzerò più questo sito per le mie prenotazioni o solo per strutture che ho già visitato Mi auguro che le altre camere siano migliori. Purtroppo provato più volte ma non riesco ad allegare le foto All’arrivo alla reception niente italiano......risposta!!!!! E lei lo parla il francese? Non mi sembra risposta adatta.... Fatto il check in e lasciato il deposito cauzionale come richiesto in prenotazione mi dirigo a prendere le valigie inseguito dal ragazzo che mi chiede di tornare per il saldo della camera Non si paga di solito al termine del soggiorno???? Aveva paura che me andassi senza pagare dopo aver visto la camera???? Non ho parole

Cadre exceptionnel qui sauve notre séjour. Chambres les unes sur les autres qui ne correspondent pas aux photos et avec un confort proche du néant ( pas de frigo, tv, clim,....). Bref, un couloir avec 4 lit simples. Nous n’avions pas la formule demi-pension et voulions dîner le soir au restaurant. Nous nous sommes donc présentés pour demander une table. Nous avons été arrêtés par un homme d’une quarantaine d’années, (identique à un contrôle de police, tout juste si on ne nous as pas demandé nos pièces d’identIté!!!) et je cite: « Vous voulez quoi? » Même pas un bonsoir. Dans les clubs les plus branchés de Saint Trop, nous n’avons pas eu un accueil aussi froid et irrespectueux!!! Je vous laisse méditer Monsieur si vous lisez cet avis et vous reconnaissez dans ces modestes lignes. A noter tout de même le reste du personnel très souriant et pro. Point que nous avons apprécié fortement. ( personnel au bar, à l’accueil et au petit dej) Une piscine également très grande et propre. Pour résumer, le cadre et la situation sont fabuleux, mais notre logement pas à la hauteur.
