😊: The location by the beach, communication very efficient with the concierge !! Comfortable Appartment. 😢: Nine.

😊: Nothing as we never got there.. 😢: Despite claiming that there was secure on-site parking this was not true. The real information regarding the parking was not sent to us until it was too late to cancel. The lack of on-site parking made it impossible for us travel as, for health reasons, we would be unable to transfer our luggage to the apartment. The owners' response was to say it was clearly stated on the website, when we made the booking in January, that the parking was private, secure and nearby. This is not true. Booking.com's Customer Service department has been totally unhelpful. It has sent us meaningless AI responses, promising "someone would get back to us within 24 hours", but this has not happened. Booking .com has taken no responsibility for what seems to us to be a clear case of misselling. The online description has now been changed, but does still not make clear that the parking is a distance away from the apartment..

😊: The place address was mentioned three times, always wrong, the instructions highly confusing, but the host was helpful despite the late hour of our contact. Finally, we managed to get in. The place is rather small but equipped with everything you need, very close to the beach, it can be easily seen from the inside, which makes it nice.. 😢: Rather old place, not fully clean, not clear instructions.

😊: The appartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a nice balcony We really liked the proximity to the sea.. 😢: Everything was good. The bathroom is not modern but it was ok for us..
