Vine Cottage - sleeps 6 with shared Heated Pool in Beautiful Rural Setting

We had a very pleasant, nice and sunny stay in Britanny. Owners are very friendly and helpful for any questions. The cottage presented itself as stated in the fewo description. The area is very nice and calm, shopping only a few minutes away. Need to know about 30-40 min to reach the beach, several options. Overall, we very much enjoyed our vacation week.

Les plus = l'environnement calme, la piscine et les espaces de jeux. Les équipements dans le gite sont nombreux et les propriétaires (for sympathiques) ont envie que les gens se sentent bien. De plus, la localisation (assez reculée dans les terres) laisse quand même la possibilité de trouver une plage à moins de 30min.

We had a very lovely time. Accommodation very well equipped. Garden fabulous for kids and adults. Enjoyed the pool very much! Will highly recommend a visit to this area and this accommodation! We will be going again in the near future! Thanks Joanne for making our week so pleasant! X

Was ergibt eine Gruppe von vier Freunden und das Ferienhaus von Joanne und Adrian in Camors? Einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Zimmer im Haus sind zwar eher für eine Familie ausgerichtet (das 2. Bad hat z.B. den Zugang beim "Elternschlafzimmer"), aber auch unter Freunden lässt es sich gut arrangieren. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, morgens hört man die Vögel zwitschern. Von 10 Uhr bis 20 Uhr steht der Pool zur Verfügung, der sowohl kindersicher abgetrennt ist und abends zu- und morgens wieder aufgemacht wird. Und auch "große" Kinder finden auf dem Spielplatz daneben etwas zu erleben (Trampolin, Kicker, Tischtennis)... Wenn man einmal keine Lust auf Pool und Spielen hat, sind viele Ausflugsziele im Umkreis von 20 bis 40 Minuten Fahrt gut zu erreichen. Auch der nahe Wald lädt zum Wandern und Spazieren ein. Der nächste Ort mit Supermarkt und Creperien ist ca. 5 km entfernt. Und bei allem stehen einem die Gastgeber Joanne und Adrian mit Rat zur Verfügung – egal ob es um das Haus, Ausflugstipps oder Navikoordinaten geht. Die beiden leben gleich nebenan. Und sie sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er ist Ire, sie Britin, daher ist die Kommunikation auch bei weniger Französischkenntnissen sehr einfach. Wer wert auf einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Pool und möglichen Ausflügen in der schönen Bretagne legt, ist hier genau richtig.

Joanne et Adrian ont été des hôtes charmants et attentionnés, nous accueillant dans leur gîte parfaitement entretenu, avec une cuisine très bien équipée, et de nombreux jeux pour les enfants (très appréciés). Le seul petit bémol vient du fait que, comme notre séjour a eu lieu tôt dans la saison (lors des vacances de Pâques), nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, qui n'est mise en route qu'en juin. Nous avons, par contre, pu rayonner et visiter à la fois la zone côtière du Morbihan (30-40 minutes de route), et l'intérieur des terres. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité J. Dussauge

We had a fantastic holiday at Vine Cottage, the Gite is well laid out and has everything you need for a great stay. Grounds and pool were excellent, could not have wished for anything better. Joanne and Aidrien are great hosts, lots of information available on where to visit and places to eat. Carnac, Trinite sur Mer, and the chateaux at Josslyn were some of the places we visited and really enjoyed. We all loved every minute of our stay. Hopefully we will return soon. Thanks for a great holiday and we would certainly recommend the property to family and friends.

On our arrival we received a warm welcome from Joanne and Adrian. Vine cottage is a charming stone property equipped to the highest standards and impeccably clean. The setting is tranquil and unspoilt with open countryside all around, yet the nearest town is less than 10 minutes away. Sitting on our private patio drinking a glass of chilled wine I realized there was more to this unique place than just a group of cottages and a swimming pool. As a patron here I was not just buying a holiday in a gite, but like everyone else I was buying an experience, and as a result I would thoroughly recommend these charming gites.

This was the third time we had returned to these properties which say it all really. We are a large group of 16 and had previously struggled to find anywhere which allowed us our own space yet be together, La Metairie was perfect for this. The cottage was spotlessly clean, the children love the garden with playhouses, trampoline, heaps of games etc and the pool. Joanne and Adrian are really welcoming and as always nothing is to much trouble. I can highly recommend this lovely property.
