Vintage french mansion + swimming pool into a fenced park close to the river

Magnificent unmodernised but well equipped family house set in lovely grounds with a beautiful swimming pool. The children loved it and so did we!

Four of our families got together for a wedding in Nerac. The house was perfect accommodation for all of us (10 + a little one). The large kitchen, dining and sitting areas were perfect to get together, but the wonderful Gascogne sun meant most of our time was spent outside around the pool or outdoor table! Nerac has a lot to offer, including shops, restaurants, groceries and the market. A nearby winery with a picnic lunch and tour (Chateau du Frandat) and the dinner market on the Nerac waterfront were highlights. Marc's house is an excellent base for a Gascogne vacation !
