😊: The property is perfect for couples looking to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. It located right next to the to the train station and a walkable distance from the old town. With supermarkets nearby too. It is modern and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were polite, helpful and quick to respond when needed..

😊: I stay in apartments all over Europe regularly for work and this one was really disappointing. For €190 a night I expect to sleep well and to have clean towels every few days. This was not the case. It does have some good points - very clean, superb location, good shower, nice balcony.. 😢: There are two main problems - sleeping and towels (a lack of both). There's a window in the bedroom and a glass door in the living space. Neither have curtains. There are shutters but they have slats that don't close at all. This means you're woken by daylight from dawn in summer. The bedroom is very hot as the AC is only in the living space. The AC makes really loud intermittent noises that keep you awake. But if you shut the adjoining door between the living area and bedroom, the bedroom becomes an oven. There's a vent in the bedroom that lets a steady stream of mosquitoes in. You can hear seagulls on the roof through it very clearly. We had the door and window shut the entire time but the apartment was always full of mosquitoes and we were bitten to death. A citronella plug was provided but it didn't have any effect. The pillows are awful: only 1 each and flat as pancakes. For 5 nights, we were given 1 towel each and 1 kitchen towel. This is not enough, especially in hot weather. I messaged to see whether we could get an extra towel and was told it would be €20! I could buy a brand new towel for less. What a disappointment for the cost of 190€ a night..
