VIVEZ LE QUAI - St Francois - Notre Dame - PARKING

😊: The apartment is bright and sunny, nice and modern, and has a big balcony with a nice view. It is right in the city centre. The concierge David is extremely friendly and helpful.. 😢: Unfortunately, this is one of those apartments in France that now use one of those annoying, complicated, and inconvenient "concierge" apps in order to avoid any direct contact with the customer. Apart from that, the booking includes a parking lot inside the compound, but this is only for cars. Forget it if you come on a motorbike. The entrance gate won't open easily for motorbikes, and we were even threatened with policy by the janitor because motorbikes are "forbidden" inside the compound..

😊: The flat was comfortable and clean. Nice balcony with views over fishing boats. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants Never had a problem to park in the car park. All in all a very convenient location ..

😊: Apartment was big enough for our family to stay during the vacation. View of canal side was good, most of the utensils are available in the kitchen which made our life easy. Parking was provided with the stay and it was just below the apartment. The balcony was very nice and quite relaxing. Host was also very nice to pick our call and helped immediately. Many restaurants at walking distance.. 😢: - Would have been better if the parking remote would also be available in the same lock box which we need for the apartment keys. Else first I had to park go the flat and then take the remote and then you can open the parking. - There was strong smell of smoke when we entered the room but it was ok when we ventilated the apartment..

Retour dans une ville que...<br>#128578; Tout y est parfait : place face au bassin , et au marché aux poissons. Très confortable et propre. Central : tout s y fait à pieds . Et surtout les hôtes David et Marine se sont pliés en 10 pour nous aider et nous accueillir dans de très bonnes conditions dans l imprévu et se sont soucié de notre bien être tout au long du séjour.
