😊: This property has potential due to its location, but it needs a thorough clean, maintenance, and better attention to detail.. 😢: The property was in urgent need of a deep clean. Floors, rugs, walls, doors and skirting boards were dirty, and much of the crockery, cutlery and cookware had not been cleaned properly. The bedding had holes in it, towels were old and worn, and no bathroom hand towel was provided. There were several maintenance issues, including a toilet that barely flushed, leaks from the boiler and bathroom sink, a broken outdoor chair, and a TV remote that did not work. The lift was also broken during our stay, which was a major issue as the apartment is on the 7th floor. The listing mentions a coffee machine, but no pods were provided. There was also a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke. We did not unpack our clothes, yet they still absorbed the smell and continued to smell for the remainder of our trip..
