We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer if we had the time. Slight problem getting the key, but quickly and easily resolved by the owner who was very friendly and easy to contact and made sure we were ok. Good location to visit the centre of Niort

Niort is a great town...<br>#128578; Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. Pierre responded quickly to our requests . We will definitely return and recommend . Great town.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Excellent location on a quiet street that is just a short walk to a market, restaurants, etc. The large sliding door that opens to the balcony provided excellent ventilation and temperature control in late summer. Will be returning when I next need to visit Niort.
