😊: The view and ther terrace are fab. And although this place is very small it is well designed with most things you need, all clean, easy coffee machine, hairdryer, storage, no complaints on that front although a toaster would have been ideal. The compound is also friendly and safe.. 😢: I want to leave a balanced review because the hosts were perfectly pleasant and very responsive. However we would not choose to stay at this property again because of the location, key collection directions and bed. It could be me, seriously, but I found the 6 videos in French advising on key collection, over whelming. We watched all of them but still found ourselves wandering around lost trying to find the door. A simple door number and few lines of directions would have sufficed. We spent ages looking for the lock box in a heateave and then messaging the host trying to locate the front door as the number was not on the address! The host was friendly and responsive but sent another video which was hard to view in the searing heat with a low phone battery. Call me old fashioned but I just need an address and a few pics, i do not have the patience for 6 videos. Maybe I am just old! There were 2 other things I wasn't fussed on. The location is OK but a car is essential (there is nothing in the local area). Our flight was delayed until 10pm and there was no way of leaving our bags at the property so next time visiting Saint Tropez I would book a hotel. The main issue for us was the bed. It is a sofa bed as advertised but with cheap bedding... definitely not cotton. Again, young people probably wouldn't care..

😊: Pristine and spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, lovely terrace overlooking the canal. Great host easy to communicate with who gave us little extras to enhance our enjoyment. The gated car park was useful and very safe for the car. We stayed in March so didn’t use the pool, but I’m sure it will be a wonderful facility in the summer. We were cozy with a portable heater and the TV was top quality. With WiFi we were able to sign in to the TV and watch our own YouTube and Netflix accounts. The kitchen area was neat with a fridge, microwave, single portable hob and Dolce Gusto machine, for which Ludovic had left capsules and even biscuits to accompany.. 😢: We missed not having a kettle, being Brits who drink gallons of tea. We improvised by heating water in a jug in the microwave and that worked fine. My partner is struggling temporarily with mobility and we hadn’t realised the bars and restaurants were a 20 minute walk to Port Grimaud Village. As space is at a premium with the bed extended, it was not possible to have a coffee table in the room, but maybe a small folding table would be useful so we could have somewhere to put our cups of tea while watching the wonderful TV. That said, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this studio..
