😊: The location is fine, but that’s where the positive feedback ends.. 😢: The studio was very dirty, stains and marks all over the walls, a rug that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, and even the cutlery in the drawer was dirty. We had to wash everything ourselves before we could use it. The sofa bed was a complete disaster, it had no decent mattress, you feel every single piece of metal digging into your back and shoulders. Moving yourself in this bed was almost impossible, it’s painful, and the sofa creaks and rattles as if the whole thing is about to collapse. We ended up putting the thin mattress on the dirty floor, but that was just as uncomfortable because the mattress is extremely thin and offers almost no comfort. As if that wasn’t enough, the curtains don’t cover the windows properly, so bright streetlights shine directly into the living and sleeping area. Combined with paper-thin walls and a worthless bed, this resulted in a completely sleepless night. We had booked three nights but left after just one. For the €200 we paid, we got absolutely no value for money. The photos are misleading and give the impression of a clean, fresh studio. The existing reviews also suggest a level of comfort that simply isn’t there at all. The bathroom is extremely small as well, when you sit on the toilet, you are literally wedged between the shower and the wall. Comfort is completely lacking here. In short, this stay was a total mistake. We hope the owners will at least provide a proper sofa bed and more cleanliness, but as it stands now, this studio is absolutely not worth the money. We ended up making another reservation in the area for the same price, which offered us all the basic comfort we needed, so at least the trip ended on a positive note..

😊: The apartment is bright, the location is excellent, the sanitation is very clean, the landlord is very friendly, the information is responded to promptly, and the cost performance is high. 100% recommended, thank you.
