Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. Highly recommend and would very happily stay here again!

We had an unforgettable stay at this apartment in Nice! Located right along the promenade, the apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and stocked with every amenity we could need and more-it was home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony overlooking the beach, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed our mornings out there reading, playing cards, and watching the planes come and go—it was truly exceptional. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Old Town and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We all cannot wait to go back!

This condo is amazing. Right on the beach and you can walk everywhere. The bedrooms are near the back so it’s quiet and you don’t get woken up with any street noise. Lots of space for friends/family. Small kitchen but great for breakfasts or leftovers etc. would stay again in a heartbeat.

We just returned from Europe and are longing for the lovely apartment and incredible view on the French Rivera! We wouldn't change a thing! Ségolène was very responsive, hospitable and welcoming. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed having many of our meals on the terrace overlooking the Côte d'Azur. I even did yoga on the terrace every morning and could not imagine a more ideal spot. The kitchen was compact but very well equipped. The washer / dryer was efficient and allowed us to pack less. The bedrooms were quiet and spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. There are excellent bakeries, groceries stores and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. A 15-minute stroll down the Promenade des Anglais takes you to Vieux Nice and all the charm, history, and amazing markets that this old village has to offer. We rented a car during our stay and were able to park nearby. Getting in and out of Nice was easy and allowed us to explore many nearby villages that would have been difficult to see otherwise. This was the perfect place to spend our time in Nice and we would gladly return in the future!

We were looking for a centralized "home base" for four adults and two young children, from which we could explore neighboring cities and villages along the French Riviera. This property fill the bill perfectly. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and courteous, the space was roomy, spotless, and well-kept, and the view was absolutely phenomenal—the immaculate, azure blue sea, framed by palm trees, with incoming planes (fun for the kids to watch), and kite surfers. This is the location you want to book, if there is availability. Don't hesitate—dates are already being booked into next year, and we feel very fortunate to have come across this listing. Thank you to our gracious hosts for sharing your space. It really added comfort and improved the quality of our trip.

If there are better views of the beach, I don’t know where they would be! Our little terrace was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening wines, getting to see the sunrise from the porch and the cool breeze was so wonderful. We visited the first weekend in April so the evenings were delightfully cool and the days were warm and sunny! We had five people and there was more than enough room to spread out and the flat is much bigger than the photos indicate. Grocery, cute cafes and the promenade are just steps from your front door. This was an absolutely wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!
