😊: The host’s listing clearly stated that the apartment had one double bed and one sofa bed. We were two adults and one child. However, the double bed was only 140 cm wide, and we were then informed by the host that there was no sofa bed at all — only a regular sofa. This meant that one person was expected to sleep directly on an uneven, uncomfortable sofa. We came to Paris for a holiday, not to suffer through the night on a bumpy sofa that could not possibly be compared to a proper bed in terms of comfort or rest quality. As the accommodation did not match the description, we did not stay there. We left that same night and had to book a hotel instead, which cost us €2,360, in addition to the cost of this apartment. Despite the clear mismatch between the listing and the actual accommodation, the host still refused to issue any refund. Truly impressive hospitality. I sincerely wish you a long and happy life.. 😢: everywhere:).

😊: The location and the view was fabulous. 😢: No hot water, cold showers only. no second bed, the couch was only comfortable to lie on for 30 minutes. Our 3rd person slept on the mats on the floor. TV didn't work as no wifi. Very poor response from the host. No response from booking.com so far..
