It is soooo unclean. The shower was not cleaned, had hair in it and blocked the water. We had to remove it ourselves….DISGUSTING! They also asked us to put the bins out. I mean what’s the point of having a cleaning fee. The mattresses are horrible and uncomfortable to sleep in. The carpet is so dirty….needs a new carpet. The people are not responsive.
