Welcome to "La Ferme des Tilleuls"

We stayed with Carine in their beautiful gite injune 2022. It was so perfect then that we promised ourselves to return. We returned in May 2025,and it's still as beautiful and perfect as we remembered. The hosts are amazing, nothing is ever an issue for them, as they catered for everything we needed. We will definitely be returning again in the future

We absolutely loved our stay here, we had everything we needed. We met both Carine and her son in law, both very warm and welcoming, and quick to respond to messages when we needed some assistance. The children loved the animals, all close to the house The children really enjoyed helping to feed them! Thank you Carine for having us in your lovely home!

We very much enjoyed this cute farm stay. We stayed over new year and the property had a lovely wood pellet stove, was cosy and well equipped and the Xmas tree was a lovely touch! Carine was very friendly and efficient, and we loved being able to walk around the farm animals and the countryside. The option to have a cat at all times during our stay was also adorable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay far from people!

Charming gite, all on one floor, spacious and spotless. Felt at home right away. Delightful little cat came to welcome us as soon as we arrived and visited regularly! Heating could be easier to operate but not a problem. The junction to the road was a bit tight and needed caution. Desvres is a no-frills but well appointed town with at least 4 supermarkets and several butchers and bakers. Boulogne is about 30 mins away - we visited Nausicaa aquarium, which was amazing. Arras is just over an hour away with fabulous Christmas markets and the poignant Wellington Tunnels. There is also Europe's largest outdoor dry ski slope at Noeux-Les-Mines, about an hour away. Great fun!

the cottage and our host were just wonderful. we have previously stayed in French cottages and expected a "moderate standard". This one was different - it really was excelelent and our host had gone to grat lengths to ensure that we were comforatable. it is located in a farm setting in a rural environment with an excellent walking trail passing the door. Everyone we met wanted to be friendly

lovely property in great location. Very quiet and lovely walks and countryside around. House fully equipped. Carine was very helpful and accommodating with any requests or questions we had-well recommended.
