😊: it was clean, the apartment looked quite new at the time of our arrival (December 2024), close to the center. 😢: -the walls are very noisy, you can hear absolutely every step of the person who walks from above. If someone starts walking at 7 a.m. or comes back late at 1-2 a.m., you wake up. It wasn't comfortable -there was no washing machine..

😊: Appartment in a old building recently redecorated . Great location at walking distance from city center & restaurants. Easy to park nearby (almost on the front if the door if lucky, otherwise there is a free car park "parking Gravier" at 200 m). Very clean, Shower with a good water pressure. Confy bed. We stayed only one night, then we cannot judge on the kitchen practically but it looked OK. We would definitly book it again.. 😢: The sound insulation is not great but it's a renovated old building then nothing abnormal. We were in the "Salavdor Dali" apartment and the bedroom lacks a bit of light ( maybe you should put a inside winddow) but it's a detail..
