😊: The initial price was good. I could check in late. Their was plenty room and facilities were fine for the price.. 😢: Charged me 50€ extra with false claims. The staff first spoke some english. Then they wanted to charge me 50€ for having a dirty bedsheet (small accident when changing my kid), and claimed it needed a special machine, plus that they had received a complaint from a neighbour and that the place was messy. It's a normal wash of bedsheets, which they do anyways after each visit. We made NO noise for any complaint, and how does a complaint cost money... Also, we only left some pillows and quilts on the couch. The rest we left very tidy and clean. Worst part is that there was a "to-do list before you leave" which we followed 100% plus more. How do you charge us for other things? Put them in the to-do list then... And when I contacted them about it, suddenly the person didn't speak english and wanted me to use google translate. After some back and forth with translating via chatgpt, they ended up calling me uneducated and disrespectful. Really regret booking this place..

😊: Nice little flat in the center of Wintzenheim, among old houses. Two separate rooms (living room+bedroom) for max 4 people. Simple but modern furnishing. Comfortable beds. Flexible arrival and departure with keybox.. 😢: A small inconvenience for those who sleep in the living room: while all windows have shades the window on the entrance door doesn't and there is a lamp outside that switches on automatically when a neighbour passes during the night..
