Warm welcome from Amanda Karl to their lovely gites at Bersac. Cool stone buildings the shade of the great trees by the pool allowed us to enjoy the July heatwave. A short walk to the Boulanger/patissier or the butcher was a joy but the local town of Bessines has the outstanding Maison Faure. Local lake has lots of activities as well as just the water shade of trees. Costs are a wonderful surprise to those in England at the restaurants and activities as well as the sheer choice. Limoges is half an hour by car or the train there are some beautiful villages but we only made a few forays away from the lake or the pool. Many thanks again

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La propriété est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. Karl et Amanda sont très gentils. A recommander sans hésitation.

Le gîte se trouve dans une propriété avec un jardin immense et boisée. Le gîte est spacieux (grande cuisine, grand salon et grandes chambres) et bien agencé. Chaque gîtes, (il y en a 2) est indépendant et vous ne partagez que la piscine, qui est grande. C'est très calme et bien pour se reposer Amanda et Karl sont disponibles, à l'écoute et discret. Vous trouverez autour du village de quoi passer le temps(musée, balades, lac avec nombreuses activités, etc)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le gîte est magnifique, tout est neuf, bien équipé, il faudrait juste une ou deux poêles en plus dans la cuisine. La piscine est très belle, par contre il faut savoir qu'elle n'est pas chauffée, elle est nettoyée quotidiennement. Le gîte d'à côté est vraiment très indépendant, le seul moment où l'on se voit, c'est à la piscine. Karl et Amanda sont des personnes adorables et très discrètes. Niveau activités aux alentours, le lac de st pardoux est proche, de nombreuses activités sportives sont à disposition. Limoges est à 35mn en voiture. La boucherie du village est top.

Gite très agréable, environs très calmes et apaisantes mais avec de nombreuses activités possibles, et propriétaires sympathiques et chaleureux
