😊: Excellent location very close to the sea and Monaco. The apartment is at the top floor has parking which means that it combines comfort and great view-it worth drink your coffee with view in the balcony. It has iron coffee machine and hairdryer and also equipment for the beach. Owner is very helpful and flexible and will make your stay even better..

😊: The view from the flat is amazing but …. 😢: Very important point if you are with big luggages , as was our case there is a long way from parking to make - plus there is no elevator from ground floor , just from the 2 bd floor And secondly there is no aircon, just the fan but it is a bit loud, so I couldn’t sleep well and my sister got sick from the blow ….

Fantastic views and stay<br>#128578; All i can say is wow the views are amazing.... Jean the owner was in contact on the day of arrival via text and was waiting for us on confirmed time. We arrived by car and parked on the street initially but to our surprise we had a reserved space/ garage accessible which was super handy. There are a few flights of stairs but also a lift. Jean was really welcoming, he showed us to the apartment and was super helpful and nice, showing us all the amenities and how to use etc. Fresh coffee ...<br>#128577; Lack of air con and no shower head holder.
