Wood Stone & Wine

From the moment we reached out prior to arrival Pierre-Antoine was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property is amazing, in fact this is the best appointed property we have ever stayed at. The design and function have been carefully thought out and were gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable (an American Queen rather than a European double). The towels and soft furnishings were wonderful. The amount of space for hanging clothes & hangers was perfect. We could sit in the living room and have a face to face conversation as it was more than just a single couch. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast & packed lunches (we did not eat dinner as we were in Beaune and so many great restaurants) The most impressive thing (in addition to just how charming and gorgeous the place looked) was that they had taken the time to create an information book (fully bound) with how to use the dishwasher, washing machine, handle garbage and other information. So clever. This is probably not a good location for anyone with disability or with small children (2 winding staircases up). But the stairs were not any issue to anybody else (once you got the suitcase up). Will definately stay here again if we have the fortune to visit Beaune in the future.

Great location and Pierre has thought of everything you may need. He was so gracious as to carry our luggage. He was immediately accessible if we needed or had a question. I can’t say enough good about this apartment. The location is in the heart of the village. Entirely walkable and no car needed. Pierre even arranged for an inexpensive taxi for us upon arrival by train. A true gem.

Apartment is in the center of Beaune close to shopping bars and restaurants. Apartment is clean and recently remodeled. Will stay there again given the opportunity

This proved to be among the most well thought out apartments we have stayed in Beaune. Large living space with plenty of appliances, electronic outlets, TV with many channels and spotless internet. Also perfectly located steps away from some of the best restaurants. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Wood Stone & Wine. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We had a free parking spot 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is well situated for seeing Beaune and also for exploring nearby wine regions.

Nicely renovated relaxing space with an accomodating host 5 stars
