I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The location is excellent, just about a 15-minute walk from the metro. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and a lovely bakery nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Excellent communication with the staff via whats up. They were kind, professional, and very responsive throughout my stay. The only downside was a slight smell coming from the sewage in the toilet, which could be improved. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again! One of the highlights was the view from the roof.

Taking the most expensive room type was the biggest mistake. The rooms are in the basement and lack any sort of privacy. Serious issues here.

Very good and practical hotel in good location for my purpose.

We picked this location as we have family near by. The apartment itself was well equipped for cooking and spacious but it could do with a little more maintenance staff present. The lift was out of service for the whole of our stay (Tue - Sat) after walking 10 minutes from the metro station (partly uphill) we walked up to the 6th floor with suitcases only to find the front door didn’t open properly. We called for help and the person on the line told us to push in and pull. This worked on and off but i don’t think it’s the ideal situation for guests. In some days I could get in straight away and in some it took several tries. The door needs fixing. The walls looked a little tired and the pillows were all quite puffy and no flatter options for those of us who prefer them. Lastly they provided ear plugs which came in handy as we could hear heavy footsteps constantly from the flat above us. We got two emails from them to say sorry for the inconvenience but nothing else.
