😊: Location is good. 😢: This was the worst Airbnb experience I've ever had. Let me start with the order. Entry to the building is absolutely complex. You enter the building through three different steps. Explaining each step with pictures or explanations doesn't make it any easier. There are three different addresses. It's very confusing for a first-time visitor. It's like entering the Chamber of Secrets. Many doors. Many passwords. If you do everything correctly in the correct order, you'll enter your room. Otherwise, you'll be locked out. There's no key on the building's exterior door. There's a password, but we weren't given one. Enter through the garage door. Then you reach the building through dark passages like a tunnel. 2. There's not even a water heater in the room. 3. The toilet and bathroom are very far apart. There's not even a handwashing station in the toilet. The household appliances are poor quality and incomplete. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone..

😊: Self check in process was easy. The apartment was close to the tram station Potterie, so it was easy to go to the city centre.. 😢: Practically we were in an apartment which was different from the pictures we saw on Booking.com when we booked. Also, contrarily to what it says there is no a private parking place, you park on the street where there is free place, good that we found one right next to the apartment. In the kitchen I had to clean all the dishes, there were dishes in the cupboard which were definitely not clean. The fridge was small. While we were 3 guests for 2 nights, there were only 2 coffee capsules. There was no a table with chairs to have a dinner or a breakfast on it, there were only high bar chairs to use and this was not very comfortable for us as we have a certain age. But what was even more disturbing was the super strong cigarettes smell everywhere in this apartment to an extent that I preferred keeping the jackets in the car as not to get smelly. And the big white leather sofa in the living room is really beyond its time of use, it's uncomfortable to seat on it..

😊: nice location. good amenities in the apartment. owner was helpful. 😢: Room heater did not work but we got a portable heater next day..
