😊: Nothing. 😢: A HELL OF A STAY IN THIS APARTMENT. This stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The owner told us to arrive after 3 PM for check-in, which we respected without any issue. After traveling and arriving exhausted, we climbed the stairs, opened the apartment door, and were met with a disgusting scene. The apartment was in pathetic condition: trash everywhere, horrible smell, dirt, complete lack of cleaning, and total chaos. It was obvious the cleaning agency had not done anything, and the owner clearly didn’t even bother checking the apartment before letting guests in. We paid full price and respected every rule, yet we were treated like this. Instead of taking responsibility properly, the owner moved us to another apartment which was honestly just as disgusting — dirty, unhygienic, poorly maintained, and absolutely unacceptable for paying guests. And the nightmare didn’t stop there. Once we moved into the second apartment, the front door literally would not close properly. We spent almost an hour on the phone with the owner trying to figure out how to lock it, while he was sometimes completely unreachable and clearly unconcerned about the situation. Imagine arriving exhausted, feeling unsafe, and then not even being able to secure the apartment door. The level of irresponsibility was unbelievable. On top of that, there wasn’t even basic toilet paper in the apartment until we pointed it out ourselves. The fact that guests have to ask for something so essential says everything about how badly this place is managed. To make everything even worse, the neighbors were extremely suspicious people, smoking drugs and screaming constantly. The area felt unsafe and disturbing, like something out of a nightmare. We could not relax for a single second. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, filthy, and honestly shocking..
