Zen Studio Le Granier Challes Centre - Parking

😊: The location was convenient for us, the apartment generally had what we needed, the owner was responsive and he gracefully overlooked a booking mistake we made and provided extra sheets for our daughter. The apartment was clean, quiet, the kitchen generally well equipped and it felt cozy.. 😢: The initial check in was a bit painful, we already paid and sent the deposit but apparently something went wrong with sending our id cards (probably due to the website error the IDs were not sent/uploaded) so we had to do it through our phones with low battery and poor connection in the cold in front of the apartment before the owner would let us in - this felt a bit impersonal. The wifi was so-so..

😊: Very quiet location, easy parking and easy access. Very functional flat.. 😢: I didn't like that I could not cancel my reservation without losing the total cost of my booking. I explained my circumstances which were exceptional and out of my control but in vain. A commercial gesture would have been very much appreciated. Regarding the flat, I was surprised not to find a 'bol' for my breakfast coffee nor a bread board and bread knife to cut my baguettes without spreading crumbs everywhere. The safe key system to enter the flat works very well..

Très bon hébergement<br>#128578; Studio parfait et bien équipé, on a passé une belle semaine et c est très bien pour un couple. Si on doit revenir sur challes on reviendra avec plaisir dans ce studio s il est dispo .

Fabuleux<br>#128578; Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du logement très récent, et d avoir des éponges toutes neuves. La douche est spacieuse et aucun problème pour avoir de l'eau chaude. La résidence est très calme et aucun problème pour se garer. Appréciable également la relative fraîcheur du studio : le thermomètre extérieur affichait 40 ! (Mais peut-être moins agréable par temps-ci frais ?) Le responsable a été très réactif. Bref, un très agréable séjour. (Idéal pour un séjour à deux, même ...<br>#128577; Le seul (petit) problème a été le séchage de la lessive (nous sommes restés deux semaines et nous avons beaucoup marché).. Pas évident, car aucune possibilité de faire des courants d'air dans l'appartement et difficile d'installer l'étendoir devant les fenêtres ouvertes avec le canapé déplié.. (mais elles ont séché tout de même !,)
