😊: It is near the tram stop and shops/restaurant and that is about it for this place. There are many other alternatives for this price range in Annemasse.. 😢: The sofa bed is not comfortable. The bedroom is very cold and the small heater there does not heat the room. There are not enough warm blankets. The kitchen utensils were not clean There was no dishwashing liquid or washing powder/liquid - this is always provided in short term rentals The Host is dishonest as he will charge you a deposit of 250 euros, which is not clearly indicated BEFORE booking. When it was time to collect the keys, I did not get a message and the agency was closed, I went there three times. After long while finally, I got an answer saying that the deposit was not deducted from my card. Nobody told me before nor would they have contacted me. Many international cards do not work for these deposits such as diners/amex, and the host does not give you an alternative. My daughter was with me after a dental operation and sick with fever and still they would not give us the key or cancel the booking ( they wanted to charge me in full and still not give us the keys )so that I could go to a hotel. Finally after trying with friends and family members, my niece was able to pay the deposit. I would definitely never go back to this agency / flat, they are not professional and do not care about their guests. I and my, then sick daughter, went through hell with them..
