1 Min to the Beach Apartment - Kitchen - Tramway - Air Conditioner - Wifi - Promenade Des Anglais

😊: The place is 3 minutes walk to the beach. And there are many supermarkets around the area.. 😢: The bedsheet is not iron and theres a hair, but when i call the owner they change it right away. The bed matress is too old, i did not sleep, you need to change it not comfortable when sleeping… but the rest is good and the owner is kind..

😊: Amazing location, close to tram/bus, very close to Promenade des Anglais and to the beach. Very clean, host extremely receptive.

😊: Had a great time with my wife at Nice. Good communication with the owner, so the check in was pretty easy. The room was clean and well equipped, had everything we needed. But the best was the location: close to the airport, to tram stations, to bus stations, to restaurants, and to the beach. It was easy to reach the touristic areas and train stations, and distant enough from the hustle and bustle. 😢: This is not a negative thing about the room itself, but we could smell cigarettes when neighbors smoked. It was somewhat awful, since we’re not smokers. At least the smell disappeared pretty quick.

it's a very nice apartment with accessible washer, oven and so on. Clean and comfortable👍
