😊: The house is in a central location. You can reach everywhere on foot. It's fun to look out the window and watch the outside world.. 😢: The bed wasn't comfortable, and the stairs leading to the entrance were very narrow. Since the house is small, there's not much the landlord can do about the bed or the stairs. Also, there's sometimes noise coming from outside..
