Très jolie maison cela dit elle manque d'entretien aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur un bon rafraîchissement est à prévoir. Le jardin,la piscine et les commerces à proximité sont très appréciables. La communication avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie Sabine sont top elles sont très sympathiques. Le bémol est la rue se trouvant derrière la maison très passante et bruyante. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison le Cotche.

we were in this beautiful house at the end of June. restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Handycap is the location, as the house is on a bend in the road and there is heavy traffic all day, it is always too loud, unfortunately there is no such thing as a quiet, relaxing holiday here. the house is well maintained and something special, the noise is unacceptable and on the lower floor there is a permanent... warning, no indication. It was also unpleasant that the owner 14 days after departure authorized us to have a complete pool cleaning for over x €, although the landlady gave us in writing that everything was ok!,,,,

Architecturally charming and well located on the edge of the village Cagnes-sur-Mer. Easy walk to great bakery and food take away shops. Well equipped kitchen with oldish toaster oven-not adequate for serious baking however. Our party cooked evening dinners and enjoyed dining alfresco by the small outdoor pool. Only major improvement needed is air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms-heat and mosquitos made comfortable sleeping difficult. All in all a very good value-comfort, convenience, charm and price. We would perhaps come again.

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia sobre todo por el jardín y la estupenda terraza con la piscina. La casa está en medio de una curva y a veces se escucha algo de ruido del tráfico. Nuestra familia (incluida Emmy, nuestra perrita) ha pasado unos días estupendos.

The house was very nice, with a perfect terrace and swimming pool. The distance to a bakery / supermarket, sports field and sea was doable by foot. A place of total peace and no noise from neighbors or other people.

Our family had a good stay in this villa. Villa was well equipped for our needs and had space enough. Everything as promised in advance. Pool area with barbecue was well functioning area which had maybe too much shadow due to big trees what property have. Villa is ideally located to explore whole French Riviera as only 5 minutes walk to center of city where you can find supermarket, bus stop for all directions etc. Nearest restaurant in 3 minutes walk. Everything was nearby. Due to central location, street noice was quite high which surely negative point but understood. One improvement would be air conditioning as quite hot during night time. Owners were very friendly and helping us where ever needed. Big thanks for that! I can recommend this villa if you do not want to hire a car but use public transportation and stay in a city center.

Wir, eine deutsche Familie mit 2 Kindern (15 und 17 Jahre alt), haben uns in der Herberge der Druffins sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind herzliche Leute, die jederzeit erreichbar waren. Das Haus liegt sehr zum einen im Ort zentral, so dass die Wege zu Bäcker, Metzger oder Supermarkt per Pedes zu erreichen sind. Zudem ist die Lage von Cagnes-sur-Mer ein idealer Standort, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die berühmten Orte, wie Cannes, Nizza, Monte Carlo, Grasse oder Vence liegen im Umkreis von 13 bis 35 km.
